Hazardous materials, heavy mold, infestations, human/animal waste, or tasks that compromise safety; we also don’t move heavy appliances/furniture.
If something was missed, email us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost.
Reschedule/cancel 24+ hours before the appointment—no fee. Same-day cancellations, no access, or no-shows may incur a $50 fee (or up to 50% for large jobs).
To reserve your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at booking; this amount is applied to your final total. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, Zelle ([Zelle: 3213759910]), and PayPal ([add PayPal link]).
