We aim for you to love your clean. Here’s how refunds work:​​

Cancellations & Deposits
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment: no fee (any deposit is applied to the new date or refunded).
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or lockouts: deposit is non-refundable and a $50 fee may apply (or up to 50% for large jobs).

Satisfaction Guarantee
If we miss something, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the specific area at no cost. Because service time and labor have been delivered, cash refunds are not provided for completed work.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards
Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded pro-rata minus any discounts already used.
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (subject to your bank/processor).
