Estimates, Pricing & Access

Quotes are good-faith estimates based on info provided (home size/condition, selected services). Price may be adjusted if conditions differ.

The client must provide safe access, electricity, and running water. If we cannot access the property (lockout), a lockout fee may apply.

Scope of Work

Standard cleaning includes common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens as listed in your quote. Deep, move-in/out, post-construction, and specialty tasks must be pre-approved and may be billed at a different rate.

We do not handle hazardous materials, infestations, heavy mold, human/animal waste, or jobs that compromise safety.

Health, Safety & Pets

Our team will not move heavy furniture/appliances or climb unsafe heights.

Please secure pets and valuables during service. We are pet-friendly but may refuse service if a pet is aggressive.

Breakage & Damage

Report any issue within 24 hours with photos. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the item up to its reasonable market value and shall not exceed the total service fee paid for that visit.

Photos & Quality Assurance

With your permission, we may take before/after photos of areas serviced for quality control and training (no personal items or faces). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, email us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply to conditions outside the agreed scope.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellations or no-access on arrival may incur a $50 fee (or up to 50% of the booking for large jobs).

Payments

Payment is due at completion unless otherwise stated. We accept major cards and ACH via secure processors.

Late payments may incur a $15 late fee and up to 1.5% per month interest where allowed by law. Chargebacks for valid services may be sent to collections.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire our staff/contractors for 12 months after their last service without our written consent. A placement fee may apply.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, outages, illness, etc.).

Website Use

Content is provided “as is.” We may update content or pricing without notice. External links are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is the state or small-claims courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
